A Foundational Step Toward Optimized Health
Why Lab Testing Matters
What Our Lab Panel Includes
Our panels go far beyond basic tests. Each lab panel is selected based on your personal goals and health history.
Common panels include:
-
Thyroid Panel: Full thyroid workup including TSH, free T3, free T4, and thyroid antibodies.
-
Advanced Cardiac Lipid Panel: Goes beyond standard cholesterol tests by measuring lipoprotein particle sizes and markers of inflammation like hs-CRP.
-
Hormone Evaluation: Assess key hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and cortisol.
-
PCOS Panel: Comprehensive review of androgens, insulin, fasting glucose, LH/FSH ratios.
-
Vitamin & Micronutrient Testing: Identify deficiencies in Vitamin D, B12, iron, magnesium, folate, and more.
-
Metabolic Markers: Fasting glucose, insulin, A1C, liver function, kidney function, and other foundational metrics.
How It Works
1. Consultation: Begin with a wellness visit to review your medical history, symptoms, and health goals.
2. Testing: Labs are drawn in-office and sent to Quest Diagnostics (covered by most major insurance plans), or you may choose an outside lab of your preference.
3. Follow-Up: Once results are in, you’ll return for a detailed review. Our providers will walk you through each result and design a personalized treatment plan.
What Comes Next?
Your treatment plan may include support for conditions such as:
-
High cholesterol and cardiovascular risk
-
Thyroid dysfunction
-
Insulin resistance
-
Nutrient deficiencies
-
Hormonal imbalances
If weight loss management is one of your goals, your lab results may reveal underlying metabolic or hormonal blocks. In these cases, we may recommend GLP-1 therapies and monitor progress using our advanced Styku body scanners.
