VBEAM Laser Treament

VBeam laser treatment offers advanced solutions for individuals suffering from rosacea, facial flushing, leg veins, and scarring. The unique device targets reddened areas without harming tissue or surrounding skin. With VBeam laser, we can promise excellent results with minimal downtime and impressive benefits. At PFRANKMD™, we feature cutting-edge VBeam Perfecta laser technology, an advanced treatment which targets and corrects broken capillaries. Our FDA-approved, non-invasive procedure effectively provides results without harmful side-effects or bruising experienced in the past.

What is VBeam Laser?

VBeam laser technology utilizes an intense pulsed-dye beam of light to treat and heal damaged blood vessels, and bruising. The specialized procedure implements a cooling device that serves to minimize bruising and blistering during your session. VBeam laser minimizes the appearance of mild to moderate scarring and reduces visibility of more severe scars. The treatment requires only minutes of your time.

How VBeam Laser is Performed

The treatment’s power lies in its precision. Pigment Protocol entails the use of two advanced laser technologies to selectively target pigmented areas. This innovative treatment combines the power of the Clear & Brilliant Fraxel and PICO Genesis™ lasers to deliver focused light energy that penetrates the skin and breaks down pigmented areas. Because the laser produces a photochemical reaction rather than a thermal one, the treatment does not affect surrounding, healthy tissue. The result is a more even skin tone without the risk of damage. Our photorejuvenation treatment:

  • Delivers laser energy powerful enough to treat superficial and deeply pigmented areas

  • Is safe for sensitive skin and all skin colors

  • Yields impressive results in fewer treatments

Benefits of VBeam Laser

  • Side effects are minimal with non-aggressive treatment

  • Procedure is complete in a short time

  • Ideal option for individuals afflicted with rosacea and vascular lesions

The biggest mistake I see? Waiting too long.

Scars heal best when they’re treated early. Addressing a C-section scar in the initial healing phase helps reduce inflammation, prevent excess scar tissue, and minimize how visible the scar becomes long-term.

Here, I’m using pulsed dye laser therapy to target a C-section scar while it’s still red and inflamed. This treatment calms excess blood vessels in the scar, helping reduce redness and lower the risk of keloid or hypertrophic scar formation.

In most cases, treatment can begin six to eight weeks after delivery, once your OB/GYN gives clearance. In select cases, it may start as early as four weeks. Timing matters. A red, active scar is far more responsive to treatment than a scar that’s been left to mature unchecked.

As I say, “The sooner you clean up your room, the less dirty it gets over time, and the less work you have to do to remove it.”

Treatments are typically performed monthly until the scar is flat, calm, and barely noticeable.

Stretch marks and skin laxity often develop as a result of pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or the natural aging process. At PFRANKMD, we combine the Vbeam laser and Miria laser to effectively address both concerns.

Miria uses advanced non-ablative laser technology to heat the deeper layers of the skin, improving elasticity and firmness by stimulating new collagen and elastin production.

Vbeam targets redness and discoloration in stretch marks by reducing vascular inflammation and stimulating collagen remodeling for a more even skin tone.

Together, these treatments work synergistically to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and restore smoother, tighter, and more youthful-looking skin with minimal downtime.

Stretch marks form when skin’s elastic fibers are stretched beyond their capacity to repair, often from pregnancy, growth spurts, weight changes, or hormonal shifts.

This patient began treatment while her stretch marks were still red, which is the most responsive stage for improvement. In the photos, you can see a clear reduction in redness, a smoother texture across the abdomen, and softer edges where the stretch marks once appeared deeper and more inflamed.

Treatment began with Vbeam to calm the redness and vascular activity. Pico was then added to break up pigment and stimulate collagen remodeling. Customized topicals between sessions supported ongoing healing and improved overall skin quality.

Her texture, color, and uniformity have improved significantly. Most patients require 6 to 10 treatments for visible fading, depending on the age, depth, and type of stretch marks. If you prolong treatment, the stretch marks will most likely be permanent and significantly harder to treat.

Every body is different, which is why PFRANKMD uses advanced, customized treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcome.

Rosacea redness can be frustrating to manage, and while there are many treatment options available, not all provide lasting results.

Vascular lasers, such as the beam and Excel V+, are widely considered the gold standard for rosacea-related redness. These devices deliver precise wavelengths of light that target hemoglobin in blood vessels, effectively reducing visible redness and broken capillaries. Many patients see significant improvement after just a few sessions, making them a trusted choice for long-term management.

The most effective treatment plan will ultimately depend on your skin type, the severity of your condition, and your personal goals.
