With a passion for people and a background deeply rooted in customer service, Rosemary Paulino brings warmth, energy, and a vibrant spirit to the front desk at PFRANKMD. Though relatively new to the Cosmetic Dermatology industry with about 8 months of experience, Rosemary draws on a wide range of previous roles—from school counselor to waitress, manager, and receptionist—that have all shaped her strong work ethic and her remarkable ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.

Receptionist
A graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she studied Criminal Justice, Rosemary has always been fascinated by human behavior and the psychology behind our actions. Her favorite subject was sociology, and that curiosity continues to inform how she approaches each patient interaction—with empathy, understanding, and intention.
Born and raised in the diverse and close-knit neighborhood of Coney Island in Brooklyn, Rosemary values self-love and balance. She believes in treating herself the way she would want others to treat her—whether that means solo date nights, a fresh set of nails, or a well-deserved nap. After her first trip, Rosemary fell in love with travel and now considers it her top passion outside of work—alongside great food, fun with friends, and the occasional cocktail.
At PFRANKMD, Rosemary is the welcoming face patients first meet, known for her good vibes, openness to learning, and commitment to creating a positive experience from start to finish. Her favorite treatment to witness is the Pigment Protocol for its dramatic and uplifting results, and she personally loves the Color Correcting Serum to even out her skin tone. And of course, one of her daily highlights is spending time with Elvis, Dr. Frank’s cheerful office pup, who never fails to brighten even the busiest day.
Rosemary’s presence at the front desk is more than just professional—it’s personal. Her goal is to make every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for the moment they walk in.
