The 5th Avenue Dermatology Surgery & Laser Center and Youth Diagnostics™ is a state of the art, medically and surgically accredited facility that has been open since 2001. We are accredited through AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) which certifies and monitors safety standards for patients and staff across all medical and surgical specialties.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, our office is dedicated to meeting all patients’ dermatologic, cosmetic, and anti-aging health needs. We are one of the first and only full spectrum anti-aging practices in the country offering a complete array of both anti-aging internal medicine and external cosmetic treatments, both non-invasive and invasive. Dr. Grant Macaulay leads the Youth Diagnostics™ practice, providing advanced health assessments and age management solutions using patent pending, non-invasive diagnostic technology. With 12 years of experience, he is recognized as a leader in the field of anti-aging medicine. Specializing in minimally invasive cosmetic rejuvenation, Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank and his team utilize the most cutting edge equipment and techniques in medical device and injectable technology. Dr. Frank and Dr. Macaulay are attending physicians at New York University Hospital, Lenox Hill, and Beth Israel Hospital, respectively. Our staff is comprised of certified medical assistants and managers that will make your experience with us safe, comfortable, and discreet.
